Drive Coupling Gear Pumps to Electric Motors
The drive coupling is used to connect the shaft of an electric motor to the shaft of a hydraulic pump.
This range of couplings are made from aluminium with a flexible rubber spyder. We stock a large range of couplings to suit most manufacturers pumps and most electric motors up to 270 kW.
On request we also have a range of cast iron and steel couplings.
Materials:
Half Couplings: Aluminium alloy for die-and shell-casting.
Rubber Spider: Acryl-Nitrile-BuNa 75 shore black or Acryl-Nitrile-BuNa 92 shore red.
Working temperature: -30° to + 80° C

All these quality flanges are made to the SAE J518 Standard the manufacturer Oleo Tecnica has been assessed to the ISO 9001:2000. Material Test Certification can be supplied to EN10204-3.1b upon request.
Flanges to this design are used in many industries including Shipbuilding, Earth Moving Machines, Mobile Plant, Machine Tools and Presses.
In addition to the SAE flanges we have a full range CETOP flanges and can manufacture any flanges to your drawings.
The flanges are forged and can be supplied in carbon steel or 316L stainless steel. We can supply the flanges with or without O rings, Metric or UNC bolts.
